Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies for 2024. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. Meters are read on the 27th of each month. Bills are mailed at the end of each month. If you do not receive your bill by the end of the first week of the month, please contact our office at 505-281-8700. Payments are due by the 20th of each month. The mail slot in the front door of the Entranosa Office is available 24 hours a day. In addition, Entranosa has installed a drive-up payment box at the office to make it easier for members to pay their bills. Accounts not paid by the 20th of the month, will be assessed a $13.00 penalty. Accounts 30 days past due will be assessed an additional penalty of $25.00. A disconnection notice will be sent by the 10th. If payment is not received in full by the 20th, services will be disconnected.
